Go talk to your mama. Grandma, sister even, anybody close. Ask her about when she miscarried and how long she bled. Most mothers have miscarried, that is actually a common thing to ask about. Ask her if she seeked medical attention. In my mama's case, she did not seek attention because of shame. She bled and cramped for over 10 days, passing a placenta into a toilet. Eventually, she got cancer and died. I don't know how the unattended situation may have affected her body. Grandma has a story like that, too. Go talk to your people. Find out, because trust and believe the government is full of bastards who can and have put grieving women at risk on any probable cause/suspicion.
