I would implore all of you people that are big on this view of "Alpha Male" that you've seen in media to spend some time with men from 3rd world countries who dealt with despotic governments, stood on their morals and suffered, and took chances you couldn't fathom taking...Or hell spend some time with guys who are in high impact positions. You would probably find that their priorities were/are very different from your own and what you lack is perspective. The same is true for a lot of women as well, the view you have on what an "Alpha Male" looks like is often so incredibly off base it's crazy.

What a lot of people seem to be missing is the skill of discernment. But you people are so f'ing sure of yourself you block your ability to learn. Personally, I think too many people have too little to do with their time and lack the drive, energy, and or creativity to make good use of themselves. Most have been infected with hubris

On a different note

A personal anecdote to this, when I was younger I used to engage in a significant amount of violence but I didn't have the personality that attracted women or had women view me as the leader, but eventually, they'd realize that the men they did view in high regard would fall in on me, would consult me, and take direction from me--men admire different things from men than women do.
