It's not a silent killer, feminists just silence men at every turn

Plot twist, feminists are the silent killer, although they’re very loud 😂

I am SO sickened by the myths about female v male cancer funding in society.

Even I believed the bullshit we are told daily-that more women die from breast cancer yearly than men, and that THAT is why there is SO much money spent on publicity campaigns for women, SO much money spent on medical research for breast cancer and so little spent on the ones affecting men.

The other day I checked.

MORE MEN DIE FROM PROSTATE CANCER EVERY YEAR THAN WOMEN DYING OF BREAST CANCER.

AND FAR MORE MONEY IS SPENT ON RESEARCH FOR WOMEN

AND FAR MORE MONEY IS SPENT ON ADVERTISING TO MAKE WOMEN AWARE AND PUBLICITY CAMPAIGNS.

FUCK this world. Last time Prostate cancer came up in mens rights a bunch of feminazi lurkers bullshitted with posts claiming the opposite was true and fooled loads of people into believing them.

Fucking evil scum.

An important point to be aware of is that although it can be caught early, the treatments don’t always ensure a good quality of life.

As one prostate cancer survivor told me once...

Do you want to be able to smile at your grandkids, or die happy without ever seeing them.

How you get that bottom thing

[–]maxlvb 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Type 10-15 dash's ( ---- ) on a blank line without the brackets. Press enter 2 times.

The Reddit system will then put the line there when you save your comment.

For italics type a single asterisk in front of the first word and after the last word in any line you type...

To find out more, when typing a comment, there is a 'formatting help' option on the bottom right of the edit box. Click on that to see the various options. Note this is on a desxk top/lap top computer, I dont know how or if this works on phones...

HTH.

The main myths about prostate cancer loved by feminists/women everywhere:

  • Men dont die of prostate cancer, they die with it.

  • There's no point in scanning men for prostate cancer, as men wont get it done, and it doesn't help men find out if they have prostate cancer, like scanning for women's cancers does.

  • It's just a waste of money that could be better spent on women's health issues...

The reality

Aw no way I ended up catching this news segment by chance as I don't normally watch the news, cool to see it be brought up here. Glad it's being talked about and I've seen it being advertised in the news and on bus stops throughout my town. Shame it's still considered the 'silent killer', I can only hope they start making as big a deal of it as they did breast cancer with all the charity runs and dressing up in pink. 😅

My grandfather died of prostate cancer(undetected until it was too late, this was back in the mid 2000's), one of my uncles died of it about 3 years ago, my other uncle went through hell in chemo/radiation but is now doing well, and my dad had to have invasive surgery to remove his prostate, and he's still getting screened because he mysteriously has a positive PSA number when that shouldn't be possible while lacking a prostate. I'm going to start getting screened before I'm 40 because it's quite clear the men in our family are particularly vulnerable to this horrible fucking illness.

Prostate cancer kills more people every year then breast cancer, but doesn't get the recognition and funding it deserves. With better screening, if it's caught early, it's eminently treatable and you have a good chance of living a normal life.

I truly believe this is a male cause worth fighting for.

Where can I get a CTC screening? Preferably Switzerland or Europe.
