The article is outdated as of today Russia now also banned men between the ages of 18-65 to leave the country in their efforts to partially mobilise.

Zelenskyy had to do something. It’s wrong as it should’ve been women between that age aswell. I believe that ANYONE who fled the country although it is mainly women. for no reason (excluding family reasons etc) should have to pay financial penalties to help rebuild or stay permanently in their new lives.
