I am being accused of rape and it’s stressful. So imma explain from the top.

There was this girl I used to work with and I had her snap and we started talking she said she wanted to break up with her bf cause he got mad but she wasn’t sure. I gave her my advise about it and we kept talking.

We started flirting a lot like heavy and her talking about sex to me. She sent me pictures of her that weren’t nude but was like pic of her thighs stuff like that. We ft and she shows me her ass.

Later she asks me if I can come over I say yeah if I can sneak out. I go over to her place and we immediately start making out and eventually leads to sex. The entire time she was on top of me exept for like 10 seconds I changed positions and then we went back to her on top of me cause I liked it better.

She says we shouldn’t be doing this I have a boyfriend but i keep going cause 1 she is on top of me so she has to get off if we are stopping. And 2 I thought I’d she really wanted to stop she’d stop cause she’s riding me.

So after a lil while she actually gets off and says we need to stop and I say yeah. And we cuddle watching tv for a lil while and I leave.

Next day I get pulled out of class by my mom and she tells me I’m being accused of rape. And this mom calls that’s not the girls mom and asks me to explain the situation. I explain everything so far. And she believes me. Girl is still saying I rapes her.

So me and my mom go to her house. My mom knocks first and talks to her for thirty minutes and she comes out and says srry she wasn’t trying to ruin my life and that she won’t say that anymore and that she should’ve got off of me. And we leave we also got it on video what she said.

Than I see this video of her and her bf talking. He doesn’t believe her cause I have msg screenshots. And a big convo happens where she says she had no proof so nothing will happen and she’ll sign a form that says I didn’t rape her.

But later there a police report filed that I raped her. So a detective is coming on Monday to talk to me. I’m confident I will never go to jail for this we have WAY too much evidence that’s she’s lying. And in this county there are actual consequences for lying about this.

But she knows alot of my friends and is friends with all the girls and guy that are my type. So I might have a ruined reputation and no friends so that’s VERY scary and I’m soooooo stressed and I want it to all go away. I don’t think I’ll ever have a one night stand again because of this. That’s my story will update when more detail are known.

Tldr a girl cheated on me with her boyfriend and regretted it she lied and said I raped her now I’m scared.
