I'm from Europe, born to a single mother, locked into the low paying service sector caste for a decade now with seemingly no way out. HR / employers are extremely discriminatory of backgrounds and it's not like you can simply switch into some high paid career like web development in the US from some shit job.

The only times I feel like a normal human being is when I'm on holiday in the US, however emigrating legally is pretty much impossible.

Over the years I became familiar with several sorts of crimes that'd probably net me enough to live in the US on the down low for a decade or so, but I have always been apprehensive about going through with any of that due to all the bullshit involved with being on the run permanently and most likely ending up as a convicted felon.
