My overall diagnosis of the problem is that we are treating people and nature as means to an end rather than ends in of themselves deserving of dignity and equity. I think that's certainly the reason for massive economic suffering, the looming WW3 situations, and identity groups clashing. It's become all about acquisition of resources, land, status, even status at the top of the oppression pyramid rather than ending the oppression that exists.

I think the key term here is ''consensus''.
Peace is consensus. Culture is consensus. Democracy is consensus. Freedom of speech is consensus. Once you remove freedom of speech from people, they lose the capability to participate in democracy, in culture and in peace, and is a downspirel to perpetual divition and scalation of violence.
So imo the root of all our problems is the supression of the expression of ideas, the hubris of some people to think they know it all and have the omnipotence to shut down others opinions.

Feminism and the fight for 'equality' are the main issues. We're not all equal. That thought process is what's sending the world into a spiral. In order to progress we need to accept differences and work to overcome them. Instead of bringing the strong down to the level of the weak we need to find the strengths of the weaker.

Women entering the workforce is probably the largest contributor to the lowering birth rate. It's hard to take care of a child when you're busy with a corporate job. This also made having a child incredibly expensive because you now need a larger house, have another mouth to feed and need to pay for childcare when you're at work. It's simply out of reach for many families.

Women entering the workforce also doubled the workforce supply without doubling the openings. This gives employers a larger influence on someone's salary and allows for lower wages. This creates a cycle of increased workers > increased profits > increased influence > higher costs and that's the inflationary issue we're seeing. That and supply chain issues and the war causing shortages of essentials like food and energy.

We need to drop a lot of the 'empathy' we have in our society to progress. Nothing kills progress faster than trying to appeal to people's feelings instead of what is logically best. This is what brought Rome down and history is looking to repeat itself because we're bored again. Only in times of comfort can you worry about 'feelings.' If you're in a survival situation none of that matters and the goal in a survival situation is to progress to a state of reasonable comfort.

We're not all equal. People should be treated with equal respect, until they show themselves as not worth of the respect, but we should also act according to the strengths and weaknesses of each other.

Ukranie? What's with Ukraine? We here in 🇺🇦 fight typical colonial war for independence against russia, who wants to make us, Ukranians, puppet state. Those who survive genocide and cultural destruction, if we fail (we won't). Nothing to speak much about in context of humankind.

Things, you mentioned above like atomization of society is, more or less result of unchecked development of growth-oriented economics. And it is well known, that economics, politics and ideology reflect each other and influence each other. Answer on a question about birthrate is the same, essentially.

It is hard to keep up adequate birthrate, if healthcare is that expensive, and maternal leaves are that short.

how we can progress humankind in the most successful way to raise the healthiest and most productive society for the future.

Carefull.It is a pitfall for many people smarter than you and I.

I, personally think, we should focus on current problems, solving them one at a time.

First is Putin. Than COVID. Than energy crisis, Healthcare, unemployment, bloated prices for houses, etc. Than environment (nuke plants instead of thermal plants, green energy, pollution, etc).

Instead of trying to invent some be-all-and-end-all ideology. Last time people did it it ended up as USSR. And we are still dealing with the aftermath.
