Found out today from my lawyer that stbxw filed for divorce yesterday. No biggie. Also found out she’s been padding retirement to the tune of 260k+ to my 48k (sad I know). She also makes more than double my salary and we have 2 kids. House is worth 300-330k equity is about 175k to 200k. In a 50/50 community property/no fault state as well. STBXW also found one of my hidden cameras in the living room and told me to disconnect every camera in the house because she did not approve of them. Cameras have been up for months before the thought of divorce. Told her about them and even talked to the neighbor about getting the cameras (never told her I actually connected them.) My lawyer said there’s nothing she can do about the cameras and you can put them back up. During this whole threatening of divorce she has been seen on camera going through my office snooping and she never goes in my office. Cameras were for my protect because she’s said in the past that her Retirement money is “187 money” (murder) Also seen her plenty of times sneaking off to the garage with her purse talking on the phone. Wife has had inappropriate messages with her boss basically talking shit about me (found this out by her messages popping up on my MacBook when she never logged out after she backed up her iPhone.) She recently saw me print the civilian code of conduct due to the fact she works in civil service and I believe that was the straw to her filing quickly. She probably thought I was going to file a grievance with the Air Force.

Now I want 50/50 custody but I’m worried since I work nights 3 to 4 days a week that the court will bitch slap me and give her sole custody and make me a weekend dad which will hurt me to the core. Just need some help out there fellas.
