I'd leave them in the car because there's nowhere to put them in the restaurant. It would be awkward having to carry them around everywhere.

To me, it depends on the season and the size of the bouquet. In fall/winter/early spring, the flowers probably will not wilt because there is no heat. So they will be safe in the car. In the summer, however, flowers can get baked! I might consider bringing those in during summer and setting them on the seat beside me with my purse.

Also - if the bouquet is small and cute, and more of a sweet gesture, I think you are OK to leave in the car. However, if it’s a very large or extravagant bouquet that you don’t want to get wrecked, squished, too hot, frozen, whatever in the car … I think it is fine to bring it in and set on the seat beside you along with your purse. 😊

There’s no place for them in the restaurant. Leave them in the car and put them in a vase of water as soon as you get home. You can even send him a pic.

Honestly I would keep that flowers to myself. Whenever man gives you flower,thank him ,say that you always wanted it and give him cheek kiss.

Do you mean like if man gave you flowers and you decided to bring it back to restaurant at same day or another day?

I would not bring it since it would feel like as if I am returning flowers to him.

Full text: Say your boyfriend/date brings you a bouquet of flowers on a dinner date. If you had the option of leaving the bouquet of flowers in the car or bringing it into the restaurant, what would you rather do and why?

This happened to me recently and I regretted not bringing the beautiful bouquet of flowers he brought me into the restaurant for photo-ops. I didn't want to disturb people around me with it but it turned out that the casual-fine dining restaurant was pretty empty that day.

Given the situation again (which I hope it does happen again for me!), what would be the best way to go about this? Is it appropriate to bring it into the restaurant?

More out of practicality, I'll bring the flowers into the restaurant and ask the server for a vase of water to put them in to keep them fresh. If he is picking me up though, I'll leave them in a vase at home before we head out.
