Hey guys, just got out of a ltr, now trying to actively spin plates.

I took one such candidate out to a bar. We ended up making out and grinding on the dance floor. She said she's not sleeping with me. I said ok, then took her back to my place. More making out on the couch. I tried to escalate with her, but she sensed this and ended up physically turning her head to parry my advances. I said, "ok, it's getting past your bedtime," then kicked her out of my apartment.

I had another date with her this past weekend. Same story. Made out, held hands, ran my hands up and down her legs, but she ultimately cut my escalation short.

She said, "I'm not going to just let you hit it and quit it." She also said, "I made my last boyfriend wait a month before getting any action." Didn't appreciate the patronizing tone that went with it, but I kept my cool.

One important note: she's 28, looking to settle down. She got out of an 8 year relationship recently. Probably low n count, but honestly who knows.

Do girls like this eventually put out? Should I play along, or should I cut my losses and drop her. I do like her, she's one of the more attractive girls I'm pursuing.
