I saw some news about an AI speech generator so I asked it some questions. It has a double standard about circumcision :(

Massive eye roll at the hypocrisy from an AI speech generator. Circumcision is such a fraud.

People say that when the abused person gets mad/upset with their abuser and says something to defend themselves. Ridiculous.

[–]HotStreak73 8 points9 points10 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Ppl only say that when the woman gets caught as the abuser

So many people in https://www.reddit.com/r/TerrifyingAsFuck/comments/zdezhi/chris_christensen_man_who_committed_suicide_at/

are saying he was guilty, this was revenge suicide on his wife, he is typical "nice guy".

Now there is absolute proof, from his daughter, that his wife was crazy and abusive.

She won’t get any jail time though.

And feminazis are not only saying it was revenge suicide, they’re saying the Duluth model is made by the patriarchy so men should just accept it. Fucking disgusting gaslighting.

[–]crippledhermit 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I will never accept a patriarchy existing. There is no evidence and the damn term now means anything men do that women do not like.

it's all his fault! he's a narcissist for being a suicidal depressed man!

This website has shown me what evil looks like.

A lot of posts covering this have locked comment sections. Firstly, I have trouble sympathizing with men who put themselves in toxic relationships like this to start with, just saying, regardless of the details. And there are a lot of men in marriages like this who are STILL in them. From second-hand experience: having no prenup is going to screw you if you don't want your crazy wife to have any of 'your things' out of a divorce. Also, some men fear retaliation in the form of false accusations like this if they choose to separate, and so they don't do it, or they fear being completely alone, or having a "failed marriage". Blah blah, whatever, man up & leave. If he wasn't guilty, he needed to give the system a chance, even if it is broken as fuck, which it is 100%. However, I think he was scared of being labeled/mischaracterized as something he's not since he was already 'punished' by being put on leave (or in jail for a night) as if he were guilty, and that would have a very negative effect on his reputation. Because our society can be "guilty until proven innocent" not "innocent until proven guilty". And the fact that people will absolutely believe her over him, that he's the abuser when it's actually her, was too much for him to bear and he chose to just move on from this life and make a statement, I guess. All that said, I sympathize with him of course that he was made to feel so demonized as a person over what he claims was just a marital dispute/verbal fight. He seems very emotionally shallow (like most normie men are), and it's unfortunate he was so affected by this. Also, for the record, he can be innocent, depressed about it, and have committed a partially revenge suicide all at the same time. Mostly I feel bad that this was the only way he felt this cause would get any attention. This is definitely a Men's Rights issue that I hope doesn't get swept under the rug, but at the end of the day you just can't continue to associate with psychopaths. You are REWARDING shitty behavior by rushing to build a life with someone who is consistently toxic & abusive, and digging yourself into a deeper hole. You need to take accountability for what you know you're choosing to stay married to and stop and walk away if you're not happy.

edit: In conclusion, suicide is not the answer if you feel like the system has wronged you when you're innocent. Also the enormous amount of men on those bipolar wife subreddits need to be sent this story because this is them in 10-20 years.

Nice "victim blaming" you have going there. Anything else you want to say?

[+]Benry26 -12 points-11 points-10 points 3 years ago (22 children) | Copy Link

Yes, that I stand by what I said completely. This man was in his right mind enough to write that whole social media post. Assuming he is the victim here, that doesn’t absolve him of his half of the responsibility in their relationship/marriage. He said he just got married 3 years ago, after seeing her for… how long? That kind of toxicity does not appear from out of nowhere. He married someone he knew was toxic, period, with no prenup, and he suffered the consequences. Instead of dealing with that, he chose to just end it all. He is NOT innocent of choosing the wrong kind of person to marry, even if he’s innocent of any kind of abuse.

[–]chopper-champ 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (21 children) | Copy Link

That kind of toxicity does not appear from out of nowhere.

I think you'll find it does.

NOT innocent of choosing the wrong kind of person to marry

Would you say the same to a woman who survived an abusive relationship?

that doesn’t absolve him of his half of the responsibility in their relationship/marriage.

I'd like to see this with the roles reversed in a sub like TWOX or AskFeminazis.

[+]Benry26 -4 points-3 points-2 points 3 years ago* (20 children) | Copy Link

Nope. He shared a screenshot of her insane texts to someone else, he knew what type of person she was well before this.

Also, of course I would say the same to a woman who was in an abusive relationship. The only problem there is that abusive men are more likely to get extremely violent and vengeful. But yes, it's your fault if you stay with someone abusive 100% of the time, even if you're not working and financially dependent, that's your choice.

[–]chopper-champ 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (19 children) | Copy Link

Texts were from during the marriage.

Keep victim blaming tho I'm sure it makes you feel good:)

[+]Benry26 -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago* (18 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, you're missing the point enormously. No one is blaming him for suffering abuse, wtf? But beyond that? He is still a grown ass man with a voice. And yes, he does deserve blame for supporting and marrying someone who would LIE TO POLICE ABOUT HIM/HIS ACTIONS. ((He even tries to say she regretted it after ((yeah because he needs a job to earn money that she can spend)), he was clearly delusional)) That's a big "wtf", but oh I know that it happens, a lot. Like, what are you not getting here? Before this incident there were 3 years of marriage, you are basing your reaction to this based on just "She lied, he died" and your "I think you'll find it does" comment reinforces how you think this just happened suddenly, out of nowhere, with no prior indications (dumb, also read the article), completely ignoring what got him into this situation. Guess what? It was himself. And that's his fault. There is no way he didn't see any red flags with this woman before this. Firstly, in the article, it talks about nasty texts she sent to his bio daughter, and secondly, how that same daughter's car was keyed by her:

"She also claimed that Marlena keyed her car at Brittany's apartment in Costa Mesa after the argument, in which her father 'tried to break up' with his wife."

Oh. Aw. He "tried to break up" with her previously. Sadge. Nah dude, as this evidences, he stayed with her, and he chose to stay knowing full well what type of person she was (literally even after she was vile toward his bio daughter -- yet he stayed with her anyways through those nasty comments, wow. what a guy. literally every guy ever prioritizing p**sy over being a decent father/human being), after attempting to leave her and this is what that led to.

She's vile, disgusting from what I can see, and an abusive witch. BUT He. Deserves. Blame. Too. For quite a few things.

1 - Rushing into a marriage with someone who is abusive & toxic.

2 - Staying with her despite prior incidents/outbursts of insanity.

3 - Not standing up for his daughter enough, and rewarding his wife's evil behavior toward her by staying married to her.

4 - Trying to break up but not actually going through with it.

5 - Committing suicide at Disneyland (...) I mean, come on. Another would be taking his own life despite having 3+ children.

I could go on. Those five points are not victim blaming, that's just facts.

[–]chopper-champ 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

Lmao nice essay.

Just say you hate men and move on mate.

[+]Benry26 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link

Are you kidding me

[–]agenericusername9 -1 points0 points1 point 3 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

Everything you wrote screamed “I have no idea how abuse manifests and I have been thankful to live a life where I never faced such hardships.” Be grateful keep your mouth shut. You clearly haven’t truly understood this.

Additional point replace “men” and “him” with “woman” and “her” does your message change when you find the victim in the scenario is a woman?
