how would you deal with a rape accusation/lawsuit?

i see many rape accusations that the ‘victim’ is lying and the actual victim, the ‘rapist’ gets punished and the bitch doesn’t when she comes and says “hahaha, i was just lying, just a prank” and nothing happens to her

so yeah, how would you prevent a rape accusation/ lawsuit?

is a video of her giving consent to you for S E X good enough? if not what more do you need to be safe?
