Absolutely go nuts on those who encourage other women to lie about SA and DV to get more benefits from a divorce. Go nuts on those who are parental alienating fathers.

Call out women that casually sexually assault men.

Stomach pinching, arm squeezing, dick grabbing etc. In today's society only dick grabbing would be considered as sexual assault, but I personally consider the other two as assault as well, even though many men would probably disagree with me because we haven't been socialized into viewing men's bodies in a sexual way as we view women.

This is a fantastic question and honestly thank you for asking it. Here are a few things that really could help.

1) calling out women who exhibit misandry. It's a double standard that a lot of things that are not ok to do to a woman are viewed by society as perfectly fine to do to men. If we start calling this out then it will start effecting change. Slogans like kill all men are harmful and insight hate.

2) for some reason it's generally thought that men have these really easy lives. Men don't. Honestly we just don't vent to anyone about our hardships. I'm sure you've seen that reel where a girl asks "men who do you call when you're at your lowest" and every guy says no one, because no one cares. This is true. Men feel like they constantly have to be strong. We get told by women to open up then when we do we get told to man up. We understand everyone has a hard time but hearing a woman say "jeez guys have it really rough" and showing empathy means so much.

3) abortions, men deserve the right to financially abort if he doesn't want to be a father, and just like actual abortions there needs to be rules and be regulated. The argument that if men don't want to be father's they shouldn't have sex can absolutely apply to women as well and it makes no sense to hold one gender accountable and not the other. The fact that men lose all rights to their genetic material when it leaves their body is terrible. Women can literally take the condom use it to impregnate herself and then the guy is financially responsible for that child and the law does nothing about it.

4) family Court. The government allows the laws to heavily favour the mother because it makes them more money. From court costs to interest the government earns handling the child support payments. It's all a business to them. They don't care. The fact that paternity fraud is the only type of fraud that isn't illegal is a joke, men have lost money and in some cases been jailed for a child the mother knew wasn't his and there are no consequences for her. Father's are denied access, in all western culture 50/50 shared care is only about 14% and sure some father's don't want that but plenty do. It should be the rule not the exception. The mother of my child point blank told me she will never agree to 50/50, and why would she? She gets more child support and government funding by not giving me 50%. Which is funny because i also believe that with 50/50 it should also be financially. So I would pay half the school fees and half all costs outside of living costs.

5) health. On average 8.6 men a day in Australia and one man every 14.4 minutes in the USA commits suicide. Men die on average 7 years before women (old age) for no reason yet women's health services get more government funding. And genital mutilation (circumcisions) is still legal in western culture.

6) The Duluth model used by many governments state that women are only ever victims of domestic violence and when they inflict violence it's because they are defending themselves. There are no government funded services for male survivors of DV in Australia and only one privately funded shelter.

7) crime. Women on average get 63% less in sentencing as men for the exact same crime. I read about a female teacher (in Texas I believe) who raped a boy (I think for 3 years 10-13) and only got 30 days in jail. Yet there was no outrage from womens groups. Feminists use stats and statements that encompass "woman and children" but when it's women hurting the children they are all silent.

Basically if it's not ok to do it to women then it's not ok to do it to men.

There seems to be a belief among feminists that men should support them in their causes for equality. But that they shouldn't have to support men when the need arises. I guarantee you if men and women worked together and supported each other with our concerns and issues both sides would progress in leaps and bounds. Instead of it being an US and THEM mentality it would be just US.

You can take anything I've said or everything I've said and run with it. Pick a topic and help spread awareness. Show support and speak up when you know it's the right thing to do.

Calling out bullshit when you see it. But that's the hardest thing for women to do since women are inherently communitarian and conflict avoidant

In an ideal world, we would address the issues that are the most damaging first. The one thing that cannot be fixed once done is death. Men kill themselves at far higher rates, we don't live as long as a whole group. To be able to bring up the tough topics with anyone who is willing to discuss that hard fact is a step in the right direction. Then we can start talking about other things, such as not everything a man does wrong is based on "toxic" masculinity. Masculinity in itself is not toxic. Yeah, our little pea brains like do dumb thing, but that doesn't equate toxic. It will be a slow change and will not happen overnight, discussing these issues will eventually lead to a change in the public consciousness.

In my opinion, of course we can live in peace, we have a chance, I accept that women in the past suffered with many men, but we no longer live those years, now women can study what they want, work what they want , be completely independent from a man if you want but what feminists want is revenge, that's all. a marriage where the man stays at home and the wife works if they wish, of course it can be done and vice versa. I pay 50% 50% on household expenses if both of them work. I want past relationships to return, without the violence that the man applied to the woman and without the violence that the woman wants to apply to the man today. that's all.

The dubble standards in mental health would be a good start women are more likely to receive help and resources and get diagnosed well men and boys are straight out denied and refused help and do not receive diagnoses for there mental illness.

That is a misinterpretation. This 'standpoint theory' based notion is present and practised in intersectional feminism but not here. The term "Men's Rights Activist" is intentionlly based on 'something you do' rather than 'something you are'. We don't do 'second tier' membership (aka allyship) here.

An additional benefit, this approach yields, is that the pressure to self identify ('why aren't you calling yourself a feminist') is not a thing in the Men's Rights Movement.

Indeed many of the most prominent and successful Men's Rights Activists have been women. Some of whom don't even self identify as MRAs (nor do they have to):

Namely, Cassie Jaye started as a feminist, dropped that label, still doesn't identify as a MRA, but rather an egalitarian.

There's also Karen Straughan and Janice Fiamengo who have done and continue to do great work and so does The prim reaper

Most importantly what ways can women such as myself help to get support for the men suffering from a harshly gendered society?

As others have mentioned, you can counter hateful/bigoted takes from women better than any man can, because the usual 'incel/misogynist' response doesn't work on you.

You will instead get the 'pickme/internalized misogyny' response, to be clear. But other women will typically still engage with / interact with you rather than going for an immidiate 'block/ban user' as they do with men.

Being level headed and informed on the facts and spreading the word is really already a great contribution. If you have the time/resolve/resources to go into more formal activism, like 'the prim reaper' has done with https://menandfamilies.org/ (since she's a psychologist), you will probably have an easier time as well, since your actions will be perceived as empathic rather than selfish (like they would if/when men advocate for men).

Look into infant male genital mutilation (circumcision). It will open your eyes to the utterly heartless ways that people are willing to abuse boys with little to no thought.

It's really wild that we carve up little boy's penises when they're too young to even have a concept of consent, let alone be capable of giving it. It permanently destroys sensitive sexual tissue and leaves many men traumatized for life, and that's if it goes well. Botched circumcisions can result in complete loss of function, or loss of the penis entirely. The lives of botched circumcision victims often end in suicide.

It's comparable in its traumatic effect to rape. It is a profound violation of bodily autonomy, and is irreversible. In the US, it's done to roughly 67% of infant boys.

Also, the foreskins are not simply discarded. Infant foreskins are full of stem cells, so they are sold to researchers, or cosmetic companies who use them to make anti-aging creams. One of these products was endorsed by Oprah.

Fun fact: the reason it's most often performed on infants, is that older children are more likely to understand what's happening to them and remember the trauma. Just imagine if we used that same logic to justify molesting infant girls.

The further down this rabbit hole you go the more sickening it becomes. The fact that we FGM is recognized as a horrible crime, but MGM is hand waved as a non-issue... it makes me feel less than human.

killallmen was and is still trending on twitter. Social media will remove hate speech but in an ironic twist misandry isn't considered hate speech. I say kill all women I get banned. It's a double standard.
