Long story after 5 months I later found out the Georgia rules particularly my county is not that bad and not totally lopsided like in other states. The judge hasn’t agreed to the final settlement yet but our two attorneys think they have something that would get approved. I’m willing to answer questions privately because a lack of information makes it seem scarier than what was submitted to the court system.
