Admission is not enough.

He lied previously that there is no discrimination. If he can lie about this, he can lie about anything, he is not fit to lead RAF.

And imagine if he did this against women, they would be preparing Tower of London for execution.

What a clusterf*ck. By him trying to implement a policy of "positive" discrimination (God I hate that term), he not only got himself into this mess, he also lost an officer that, rightfully, rather quit then discriminate in her recruitment process. So, instead of more women in the army, he has even less.
