Military here, I have full temporary custody, been doing working this divorce for 2 years and mediation was a bust. No idea when a trial will be since my STBX is being absolutely unreasonable. Doesn’t use visitation but yet wants full custody. She lives out of the state and I reside here with our child. Been that way since we split. It looks like I will have to move on orders and currently I can’t leave due to court order, but after reading the judge can’t stop me from taking orders if it hinders my career. So I’m probably moving, anyone had experience navigating this?
