I'm only finding confirmation of this daily mail story through a Russian source, so take it as a story awaiting substantiation, although the phenomenon of nuclear slavery was reported by BBC in 1999.
Apparently homeless men and men deep in debt are being forced to work in the Fukushima cleanup.
Is this the best way to run a nuclear plant? Slavery? Is slavery the best way to recruit the best and brightest? The most diligent workers in the industry?
Is this the model of respect for human life that we should hold?
At what point should the UN knock Japan aside and take over the Fukushima disaster site?
