This calls for manslaughter at the very least. She picked up a firearm, didn't check the magazine, pointed it at center fucking body mass and pulled the fucking trigger. She's an idiot for even pointing a weapon at someone she didn't want to kill. Prosecution to the fullest extent is definitely in order.

Calm your tits. It says twice in the article that police haven't even finished investigating yet, they don't know what they are going to do with her.

Boca Raton police have yet to classify the death
