Act like you received no pictures, move on to logistics. If she insists and asks what do your think of those leggings, reply you should see them in person to judge.

If it's something in a conversation reply with 4/10 you can do better or something along those lines.

If it's the one you described where it's just random she sent it to 50 other guys. She wants attention, don't give it to her. No reply.

Compliment her on something other than her physical appearance (i.e. "That's a nice sweater."). Her mind will be telling her "Why isn't he commenting on my ass like every other guy.". The hamstering begins.
