I'm not sure what the business is called, but one of my friends works at a financial company in Sydney, Australia.
On Wednesday, she informed me that female staff members get 2% more super than males for doing to exact same job, because they take time off work to raise kids.
We had a half hour debate about it, with me arguing that it was sexist in the extreme, so I wasn't about to ask the name of the business then and there, but I'll endeavour to find out.
