That video is a bit rambly/ranty. Anyway, there IS rape culture in the USA. The term was originally used to describe the strange things that happen in prison, and it's still an accurate descriptor there. In prison it's totally acceptable for someone to violently rape someone else, to say they did so publicly, and they are still welcomed into that society. So there is a culture there that expressly condones rape. Furthermore, a large part of society at large is mostly OK with this rape. If there's someone going to jail we don't like "I can't wait for Bubba to get a hold of him in the cell" etc etc, jokes where the punchline is "ha ha raped in prison" are generally socially acceptable. The bad elements of "Frat" culture are also rape culture. Sure 99% of those guys would stop someone from having sex with a woman screaming "no", but there are also groups of dudes that don't really see anything wrong with getting someone totally shitfaced and having sex with them when they don't know where they are. That's a rape culture. Now, you could probably go beyond that, but I think those are baselines that reasonable people should agree with. Now, rape culture is an idea that can also be taken off into left field, but as a baseline "rape culture doesn't exist" is as silly as "everything is rape culture".

This is a useful claim! However, you introduced a new definition of "rape culture", and it can exist while at the same time, TAA's claim about the lack of rape culture can also be true, as they are fundamentally different.

This would be indicative of rapes occurring, not a rape culture. To ascribe this behavior to "group of dudes" only is pretty damn unfair (I would ask for some evidence that only "dudes" are responsible for this behavior), and even more so if you are pinning these actions exclusively to "frat culture". Having been a part of "frat culture", I would assume you are creating this caricature from some mix of animal house and your own biases against "greek life". Maybe your misinterpretation is accidental, maybe not, but this ("getting someone totally shitfaced and having sex with them") is a very strong claim to make regarding "frat boys" and I would need to see evidence in the "mountain-sized" regime to indicate that this is 1.) a part of, specifically, frat culture 2.) even exists at all; as there is a hookup culture in college (and as a result, arguably within frat culture, although I would say that is reaching) and that is based in convincing women to agree to have sex with you, that is, to obtain consent for sex, and then have it.
