Nice. Seriously as a woman I can tell you there is a huge difference between hypothetically saying you would get an abortion if you get pregnant and actually having one. It is a very very hard thing to do with all of the hormones and the knowledge that you actually have a thing growing inside of you. Not to mention all of the judgment and shame that you go through. I don't know that anyone can 100% honestly say what they would do if they were in that situation until they are in it and have lived it.

Source: I was ignorantly 100%!pro-life until I got knocked up and was faced with having to parent with a really immature man. I had an abortion.

I'm pretty sure all the "I would definitely get an abortion if I was pregnant" was just this girl pretending to be empowered for her friends, who also happen to pretend to be empowered by saying they would get an abortion.

Good thing no matter what she chose she would be fighting the patriarchy.

I had an ex pull this when I was nineteen. She missed her pill, always said "I'd definitely get an abortion" then as soon as we had a scare she said "but it's different now, we're old enough to raise it!" I got the fuck out of Dodge ASAP.
