Oneitis / lack of abundance mentality.

Women come and go. Yes, the one you are seeing right now is included. One day she will be gone and that's ok.

When you are afraid, do your tighten your grip, or let go? Fight or flight? Yin or yang? The only answer is "both". You want to be able to do the right thing at the right time.

How do you know what is right? Look in the mirror and figure it the fuck out. No one else can do that for you.

Specifically regarding your fear of being single.. you need to fucking fix that. Fast. Women can smell that shit on you.. and a man who is afraid means death for the woman. That's root psychological behavior.

I'm at a place now where I can enjoy my time alone, single, pretty much the same as enjoying it with multiple plates, a girlfriend, or in a string of ONS. They are all good states for their own reasons. There is no such thing as stuck.. because it's all temporary. This passage helped me quite a bit. Paraphrasing.

"Most people think of relationships as islands in the ocean. They swim from island to island, because in life, people come and go.

When they are on an island, they are happy. Most people look at the swimming between islands as a long, dark period of depression between their moments of happiness.

Learn to be happy while you are swimming. Not only will this make you better at swimming, and better at being happy, but ironically it will make the islands line up all in a neat little row for you."

Also lift, meditate, and if/when your oneitis relationship fails, spin plates for a good long while.

I was in a similar situation myself. I actually lived with my ex which made it harder for me to break up with her because I had nowhere else to live and I lost connection with most of my friends.

Sure enough, the relationship did come to an end and I was able to find somewhere to live temporarily and reconnect with so many people.

Now 5 months later, I live with a friend in a nice house he just purchased, I have access to so many different social circles, and I'm the happiest and most confident I have ever been in my life.

The idea of breaking up with her was so terrifying; a lot like entering unknown territory for me. I had no clue where I was going to live and I was going to be alone, but like all things, we fear that which we do not know.

If you're not happy I suggest you take the leap (just make certain this is what you want). At first it will be difficult, but just keep improving yourself mentally, physically, keep up with and practice RP theory, meet other women. Every moment you have should be spent on improving yourself and your own life.
