Not sure where else I could post this so here goes. A friend of mine was dating a girl and she ended up pregnant. He is accepting that he is the father, although if you ask people outside of the relationship he should demand a paternity test. They broke up and she is threatening to move out state (from Florida to Texas). He wants to be a father. Does he have any legal recourse to make her stay in state?
If not could she still come after him for child support even though she left the state?
