Seems like a lot of unfounded claims in here about how attractive women are pushed to certain types of jobs in a company.

She does try to appease by mentioning that men suffer from the same sort of thing, but seems to ignore the fact that men are judged on their ability to provide money rather than looks... She tries to make the two issues comparable, but is really looking at apples and oranges.
