Rape, as it should be defined, is not something anyone who is not "suffering" from a paraphilia would enjoy. There is a difference between fantasizing and realizing a fantasy. The percentage of people who would enjoy actual "rape" is in no way related to those numbers. Furthermore - "living out those fantasies" still cannot be equated with actual non-consensual sex.

A woman can make a false rape accusation for a number of despicable reasons - but I suspect that regret and a very strong desire to escape any sense of culpability for her own actions and desires is one of the most among them. Good old fashioned hatred and vindictiveness is probably a very close second. And a combination of both is probably the most common motivation. You can lump "living out a rape fantasy" (as in, I regret it, because it didn't match my fantasized notion of it) in the first category, but I don't think it's even remotely common enough to make the claim that it in any way represents the estimated range of falsely reported rapes. I would go out on a limb here and hypothesize that the vast majority of falsely reported rapes involved very limited, or even no actual physical contact whatsoever.

Now you can argue that women get off sexually by the sense of "empowerment" they might experience as a result of having the very real ability to ruin a man's life and take his freedom away from by falsely accusing him of rape - but that's a whole different can of psychopathic worms.
