If you like your job, and want to keep it, this isn't a huge deal. I worked in an office building like this, and the women were actually annoyed as hell they had to take a key to the bathroom every single time.

If you don't care about your job, you could ask why.

If you want to have fun , and to show that feminism *thought" and ideology is like radical Islam just two sides of the same coin , tell them it is for Sharia Law that the women and girls virtue must be protected .
