Please lady, you have to decide which card you want to play, making the cop feel sorry for you while at the same time threatening him with a lawsuit doesn´t work.

[–]Pseudonymble 25 points26 points27 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Yup... You catch more bees with honey than vinegar, and blending honey with vinegar just gets you nasty shit and uses all your honey and vinegar. Bad plan, man.

[–]jackknife402 10 points11 points12 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Sadly that saying is actually pretty crap in real life. I use vinegar to trap all kinds of insects, and honey and vinegar make a great combination for glazing.

[–]ISLAMORATORIUM 7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Dammit why can't we just have a laugh without mister Knowitall showing up ;-)

[–]T2112 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You can catch a lot of flies with a big pile of shit, and all kinds of stuff with a corpse.

Use the right tool for the job.

[–]Vaiist 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You catch more flies with honey. But you catch more honeys, when you're fly.

Oh sorry, guess we'll just have to forget the whole thing then powder puff.

Shit, shit dude were making her uncomfortable. Go man, just go lets get out of here

[–]pm_me_ur_anything_k 12 points13 points14 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Pack it up boys, the weirdo in the Prius that was speeding is uncomfortable.

"You know I have to pick up my son who was calling me because we have to go to all these parties where i have a job interview because I am working 24 hrs a day as a lawmaker to support my family. "

Edit : a word

[–]RedRumRaider65 points 8 years ago* [recovered] (4 children) | Copy Link

In her mind she's special and her shit is more important than anyone else's. It's an interesting delusion.

[–][deleted] 30 points31 points32 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I feel sorry for any possible children she might have. Also for her neighbours or anyone who is somehow related to her.

[–]RedRumRaider22 points 8 years ago* [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

I bet she's the mom that makes everyone sigh or groan in frustration whenever she speaks up during parent-teacher conferences.

[–][deleted] 20 points21 points22 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

They better listen to a broke lawmaker with ptsd who has to attend so many parties for a jobinterview .

[–]iForgot2Remember 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I feel sorry for all the children she runs over while getting to her super important self-righteous stuff.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She's also broke and suffers from PTSD.

[–]xGrandx 61 points62 points63 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Lmao, you can hear the regret in her voice when he decides to change the seatbelt ticket back to a speeding ticket. Way worse for your driving record and wallet, 100% deserved.

[–]Totally_Bradical 37 points38 points39 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

After all of that, he should have ticketed her for speeding, no seat belt, using a cell phone, and then called in backup from the fashion police to address that outfit and hairstyle of hers.

[–]pm_me_ur_anything_k 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Enjoy those 4 points!

HOLY SHIT i worked at that texas roadhouse in the background! This is in Kingston NY. I lived here in my early 20's Most of this town is full of heroin addicts and teen pregnancy contests.

Respect for this guy for staying calm and collected, wth man.

[–]Totally_Bradical 24 points25 points26 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Seriously! As a male, there is NO WAY in hell I would open my door and exit my vehicle during a traffic stop the way this lady did... that's how you get shot.

[–]pm_me_ur_anything_k 16 points17 points18 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I enjoyed her “panic attack” I thought she was just having an old lady orgasm.

[–]Totally_Bradical 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Doesn't she actually yell out, "PTSD"! Like that's a thing that people do?

So... if I flop around the floor of my doctor's waiting room like a moist carp and start shouting, "SEIZURE SEIZURE"! Do you think anyone there will think I have epilepsy?

If the cop in this video ever sees this thread... I just wanna say... You're such a nice cop. I wish all cops were like you!! Please don't let idiots like this make you turn jaded and nasty.

[–]Daniel_Laixer 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

May I ask, what's the deal with your sub flair?

[–]thepennydropsI FUCKING HATE ALL WOMEN.[🍰] 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You may have noticed that some Mods in this sub are over-zealous, and others like a good prank. I have posted sometimes saying certain things may not have been PPD, just women being beaten badly for little reason... And a mod stamped me with this wonderful flair. I love a good PPD. And when deserved, I love seeing an asshole get a good beating, whether man or woman. I'm not a fan of watching women get beaten within an inch of their lives, for very little reason.

[–]Daniel_Laixer 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

So the flair is acually the opposite of the way you think, heh.

[–]thepennydropsI FUCKING HATE ALL WOMEN.[🍰] 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Haha... Pretty much. I love a good ppd, but only when deserved.

Back in the olden days where I live you'd get a 15mph over ticket, go to court, and they'd routinely take it down to unsafe lane change.

If you try to do that now the judge just says "guilty" and you have to pay the fine before they'll let you out of the building.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I remember that story, total crap.

[–]post_break 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It sucks that he got fired but playing devils advocate I can see why he made a big stink. If he gets off for $10 what's to stop the officers from letting his buddies, pals, bribes, etc.

[–]McWigan 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That very important job interview got forgotten about very quickly when she realized her bullshit panic attack, PTSD, over reaction was getting her no where...

Turned a 10 minute stop into a 30 minute time waste...

[–]maximalx5 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So, if you take the seatbelt ticket, then contest it in court, would you have a case to have it thrown out? The officer flat out says he's giving her a seatbelt ticket even though he knows she was wearing her seatbelt.

Anyways, still funny seeing her go through every excuse in the book.

[–]hillbillytendencies 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Great job officer. I would have tazed at one min mark.

[–]DevilsPajamas 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well everyone else was stealing and looting and killing so it must be legal right!?? It is legal if everyone else does it???

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Looks like she muted her phone right before saying she has PTSD.

[–]American_potatoe 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Then let the man explain and you can leave.

[–]Trav2016 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She literally talked herself back into a ticket. And that PSD claim backfired, faster then she thought. I bet she doesn't have any kid's except for her cat's.

[–]BurritoInABowl 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Her: “I work as a lawmaker”

Also her: “I’m broke”

[–]Florist_Gump 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Jesus Christ, is there a speeding-ticket-excuse bingo card because I'm pretty sure she just filled in every single box.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I almost feel bad for these women who have gone their entire lives able to guilt and cry and manipulate their way out of any responsibilities or consequences, it must be devastating when they finally encounter something they cannot wiggle out of. We as a culture do a grievous harm to young girls by always being more forgiving while any transgressions a young boy commits is given the harshest suitable punishment.

Still, I only almost feel bad for her. What I really feel bad for is that she didn't have this encounter earlier in her life.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I could only watch half of this... Did I miss anything?

[–]GlassPanther 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes... the best part.

He tries to cut her some slack and says he is going to issue her a ticket for no seatbelt instead of a speeding ticket. That way her insurance would not go up and she wouldn't get any points on her license. He told her multiple times.

Even though he made that offer she said she would fight the ticket since she was wearing her seat belt.

The cop was like, "okay - forget it. Here's your speeding ticket."

Wonderful!

[–]husky339 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Man that's probably the longest orgasm of her life lol

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That ticket change was glorious.

[–]Elfish-Phantom 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

What a sack of shit this lady is. Did she actually tfke having a panic attack?

[–]Ionious_official 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Cops will help you out if you’re honest with them. Trying to play a game of “guess who’s life is hard?” Is pretty hard to win when you take into consideration people just like her

[–]xcoconutx93 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh my fuck, this cop is a goddamn saint. I wanted to scream at her not 5 minutes in....Bless this poor man's soul.

The best part was when he went back to change her ticket per her request.

The sad part is people getting pulled over doing 43 in a 30. That's like normal driving. What a cash grab plain and simple.

[–]PoopDig 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

At what speed should they pull you over then? 15? Well that's only 2 more than 13 so that's not a big deal. 20 then? 30? I'd say in most areas going 10 or over the speed limit they'll be looking at you. Stay and 9 over and you'll never get pulled over

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah I agree, rule of thumb 5-9 over unless you're in specific parts of your city where they care. In my city there's a part I like to call the DPRK because the cops will get you for incredibly minor infractions. 3 over they'll be looking at you.

[–]jiggy68 -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

The problem is speed limits should match the speed for which the road was designed. There's a 2 mile road in my town that was designed for a 55 mph speed limit, as attested to by the civil engineers when the project began. The speed limit is 35. If you aren't paying attention to the speed limit you just naturally begin to creep up because it feels right and safe. When everybody subconsciously does that at the same time everyone is just going with the flow at 55.

[–]PoopDig 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

So a road that is perfectly straight and smooth that you could go 100 plus on with know problem BUT is lined with houses the speed no limit should be 95? Okay

[–]jiggy68 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

No. Civil engineers design a road with a speed limit in mind. It is in the specs when they make a bid and is required by the entity asking for bids. In the case of the road in our town bids were asked for a 55mph road, the bids were offered with a 55mph design. Before the road was opened it was stated by city officials the speed limit would be 55. When they opened it the speed limit was 55. They changed it to 35 and put a traffic camera.

I don't know of any in city road that is designed for cars to go 100.

[–]ntr123 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I remember driving in Arizona. The highway speed limit was 95 mph. Was crazy to me.

[–]Scrotom 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

On just about any road with any speed limit I'd say going (near) 50% over the limit is fair game.
