So... I have just been accused of sexual assault/rape by a young girl. I am seventeen years old, doing a collage course in health and social care so this accusation could get me kicked off my course.

So I’m sitting in the living room with this girl, let’s call her SA, talking about nothing (I was bored, waiting to leave so I can go home). SA then looked at me with a ‘I know what I’m going to do now’ face and I found out yesterday she probably went to talk to staff.

To put this further in perspective, SA had been flirting with me over the past week (approx) which was SO DAMN UNCOMFORTABLE. Not only was she quite a few years younger than me, I have a girlfriend who I really damn like and I would never want to fuck things up with her.

The very worst thing about this is I HAVE NO IDEA WHY SHE OR ANYONE WOULD EVER DO THAT??? What makes SA think it’s even remotely ok to make such claims??? Bitching behind someone’s back is pretty terrible, but it most likely wouldn’t ruin a persons life, so SA is really taking it to another level.

tldr: Seventeen year old has been accused of rape/sexual assault by a minor. The accusation could get me kicked off the course I’m doing at college.

Update: Had an interview with police today, I’ve been told that I’ll know by tomorrow whether it’ll be going any further.

Update2: Her friends boyfriend harassed me with a chain wrapped around his fist while I was in my car. Yay! (Forgot to mention this is update1).

Update3: I don’t think the case is going to go any further but the police said they’d contact me ‘tomorrow’ about 2-3 weeks ago. I’ve had to leave a psyche ward I’ve been on for a while (not answering personal questions) because staff believe her or her friends knowing where I may be at certain times will be a risk to my health. I’m now virtually without mental healthcare. Any advice would be very appreciated, I’m from the UK.
