In short, it's okay to favor prejudice over equality so long men are the ones disadvantaged and women are the ones favored

Actually, McClure is far worse because he's talking about denying men the same opportunity for a job that women have: unequal opportunity; active discrimination

Damore only suggested a possible factor in why fewer women are applying in the first place; he never suggested that because of it male applicants should be hired over equally qualified females

Yes, women's brains are very different from men's brains when it is advantageous to say so. No different from men's brains when it is not advantageous.

Women are only different from men in the ways that they are superior, but no different from men at all the rest of the time.

In fact, every unfair stereotype about women is untrue but (surprisingly) are true for men, who are the weaker, over-emotional, crybaby sex who can only succeed via cheating because they are so hopeless.
