Anyway, I'd hate to be a broken record but, in Mexico, there is actually some legal precedent that would support her under certain circumstances. If she was a virgin prior to this encounter, and he promised her marriage, SPECIFICALLY marriage, but backed out after the sex, that is considered a crime.

Of course, if he agrees to marry her after being detained, the charges are immediately dropped. Anyway judging from what I read there, that woman is not a virgin by a long shot, she was not promised marriage and she exhibits several major red flags.

The guy was right to bolt and I hope this case is thrown out on the grounds that it is complete and utter nonsense. What a crazy woman.
