I can't wait to see him sue the ever living shit out of that college, the people who "investigated" things, and his accuser. They emailed him to let him know about a life ending decision? Not called him? Not sent letters? Nope just email him because that's obviously more than enough for the "guilty" party...

I called Karen Truszkowski, who represents the woman who says that Mumphery sexually assaulted her. Her client is not happy with the way the university handled the case, and she has sued Michigan State.

Hmmm. Hasn't Michigan State been unfair enough? Apparently, it didn't support the complainant in the manner expected:

The lawsuit states that during the school's Title IX investigation, which took almost twice as long as the school's policy of 90 days, Michigan State did not offer the woman any options to get a no-contact order, rearrange her housing, seek counseling or academic support or change her class schedule.

Poor old Michigan State, gets sued however much pandering they do. You have to feel sorry for them don't you? (No).
