Most Rom-com and romance movies are scripted by beta guys who write fiction on the way that they wished and dreamed that the world works instead of reality. So some dude pining and stalking a chick while she is banging Chad in his apartment makes the girl suddenly realize just how special Loser Lou is for letting her get fucked all night in his apartment...she feels guilty and decides he is the love of her life....blah, blah, blah.

Stick to going out and making your own damn real life movie...you will learn a lot more about the real world.

-Movies are art but they are created to get as much money out of your pocket and into these Hollywood executives pockets. These people are master manipulators tying on human emotions to do this.

-Everyone loves a one in a million chance movie, humans are fascinated by the VERY UNLIKELY scenarios going through. Think impossible heists movies, underdog sport team movies, wallstreet bust movies, unlikely hero movies, rebels taking down empire movies, nerd gets girl movies.

-No one wants to see something that happens everyday AKA reality. They want to see the impossible happen.

-If you want to base your reality on movies AKA extremely unlikely scenarios good fucking luck lol.

I believe that if you actually analyze movies...you can use them basically as field reports.

If you believe that and want to stay logically consistent, then you must also believe Jurassic Park was a documentary.

See why so and so didnt work and what actually did work.

Except nothing in fact did or didn't "work" because nothing in fact happened because it was all made up. There is no cause and effect in imagination land. Imaginary things happen because the mind that imagined it decided it would happen, not because so-and-so worked or didn't work.

Movies are forms of art just like books, but it seems the that books are placed on a pedestal because some pretentious asshole said reading makes your smarter.

This is just lazy. We don't place books on a pedestal because they are a form of art. We place certain kinds of topical non-fiction books on a pedestal because they are relevant, insightful, useful, and most importantly applicable to the real world we live in. Reading does make you smarter if you read smart books. You won't catch us telling you to nourish your mind with fucking Harry Potter.

Can a movie be a red pill example?Maybe or maybe not and the most of movies tell you a story very different from reality: the chubby nice guy who finally find love with the hot girl who loves him for what he is or the super strong and indipendent woman who can lead a group of people out of zombie apocalypse. Even when a movie give you a strong man,it's not explain how he can do the shit he do because it's like just magic.

What you say about being able to use movies to gauge what works and doesn't work is kind of true. But there are some problems.

Many movies are unrealistic BS. How do you know which are good and which are bad? You need real life experience to be able to judge. And once you have that real life experience, that will trump anything you can learn from the movies.
If we allowed movie examples, so many threads would degenerate into discussions of whether that example was actually Red Pill or not. There'd be No True Scotsman fallacies everywhere, and arguments about whether this tenet of RP or that tenet was more important. But Red Pill is about accepting reality for what it is, not building a set of hierarchical rules for hypothetical situations.
Most importantly, the type of people who come on here looking for help are particularly vulnerable to thinking that discussing RP online is the same as putting it into practice. It's not. "Oh, I'm going to watch James Bond and learn how to be Red Pill." You can try to internalize those attitudes, and that might help, but you learn how to be Red Pill by improving your body, becoming a more interesting person, and interacting with women. Watching movies and then arguing about them online helps with exactly zero of those.

I don't understand what you mean? The term "The Red Pill" literally refers to a scene in the movie "The Matrix" where Neo is offered the choice between the red pill (awareness and learning the truth) and the blue pill (remaining ignorant). I often see movies, tv, and songs referenced and analyzed as well.
