About a week I ask a girl from class to hang out right after class and she said yes. So right after class we get on the bus and head to my apartment, the whole way there I'm touching her playfully and she seems receptive, giggling etc. Then when we arrive I continue flirting with her and she is still receptive up until I put my arm around her, where she kinda reacts lukewarm. She just kinda sat there frozen and started to get fidgety, but didn't say to stop or make an effort to move my arm. So i'm thinking I either made her uncomfortable with my arm around or she's nervous about what is about to go down. So about after a few mins with my arm around her I say fuck it and lean in to kiss her, she quickly leans away making it clear she isn't interested. I grin to myself, hold frame, and then completely deescalate taking my arm off from around her and creating a little space between us. Conversation then picks up normally and she then says she has to go about 10 minutes later. So I walk her out to the bus stop and wait till the bus arrives, during this time I pretty much stopped giving her attention and talked only sparingly to her when she would ask me something, I had already moved on from this girl at the time and just wanted her gone. So when the bus arrives she gives me a big hug laying her head across my chest and hanging there for a few seconds and mentions something about "next time", to which I just laugh about in my head.

Then nothing happens for 5 days (No contact between me and girl) and I have pretty much already forgot about this, but then her cousin texts me threatening me saying that I was all "bent" for trying to make a move in his cousin and making her take the bus home and saying I need to apologize.

Now what would cause her to get her cousin to threaten me? In my opinion I held frame perfectly after getting rejected and definitely didn't react negatively. After getting threatened I texted her asking why her cousin is threatening me to which she completely ignored so i'm just confused what fueling this whole situation.
