Never heard of this being the case and I can see why you'd be suspicious of articles like that especially with the way they seem to be spamming them all at once. It might depend on the area you're in, I could imagine university students definitely doing it because they have so much to lose.

Pointless. Any woman who's going to lie will just say they were forced to make the video or that they agreed to some sex but then the man went further than they felt comfortable with, or that the man got rough, or that they simply changed their mind and the man refused to stop.

In many real cases where the woman really does say sex was consensual even AFTER the sex not before it (which is a much better video to take btw if you're going to take a video) for example she sends a message via social media saying she was happy and lets meet up again just after the "rape" -- often these messages are not even admissible in court. The jury never sees them!

It's much better to record audio of the act, not video, and ensure that they are unaware of your recording. If you live in a place that requires 2-party consent to be recorded, it may still be in your best interests to record in secret anyway. (I'm not a lawyer, but if you are going to go down for 10-20 for something you didn't do, I think I'd much rather have the other crime on my rap sheet. If the location is in your home, it's probably fine to do all the recording as there's no expectation of privacy. Likewise, it was ruled that if you invite someone into your home, they can install surveillance equipment wuthout your knowledge as you lose your expectation of privacy (USA).

Otherwise, record the sex act itself, and just make sure your microphone is sensitive enough to pick up everything. Then, if something happens, you can prove that she provided consent and was enthusiastically fucking your brains out.

It's easy to set up on a phone, which everyone has these days. No sense in not doing it.
