In my flat I pay for everything and act as the flat bank account pretty much and charge the flat later. If there's an issue then I'm the one who spends time figuring out where things went wrong, or if a bills not paid I'm the one who has to chase someone up. When I chase someone up I'm made out to be the bad guy and more often than not my flatmates get pissed off at me for even hitting them up.

It's safe to say that I'm sick of being treated like a doormat by my flatmates and have had enough. My flatmates don't appreciate the amount of time and stress it places on me. We're all intending on staying in the same flat next year but I don't want to remain as the head of expenses anymore. How can I go about getting this issued resolved without losing out on my friends?
