It seemed ridiculous to me that women who had born with all of the advantages of testosterone should compete in professional sports with women who had not, but my understanding from speaking to some trans women is that rapid muscle loss tends to result from HRT

trans people should wait until 4 years of HR until their unfair advantage is gone, they probably don't want it anyways since dysphoria.
