The fact that the police, appropriately, arrested her restores a bit of my faith. When I saw them come in at first I thought it looked like they were comforting her / making sure she was okay, and I assumed that afterwards they were going to arrest the guy

I'm so sick of seeing situations like these where the man is arrested for defending himself or a third party from the violent woman. I'm glad about both the polices' reaction as well as the fact that there was someone there to defend the old man. At least there seemed to be only one stupid White Knight
