Apparently we're the cause of unwanted pregnancy too. Since, apparently, all women lack the ability to buy condoms, or ya know, are obviously too innocent and pure to like sex without one.

This is absolutely disgusting. Dad's in jail, kid goes back with meth head mother. The law only applies when the father wants to keep the child safe.

Since it got removed, here's a better title: r/GenderCritical goes full-scale melt-down about how -all- men are terrible and will always be terrible.

Some good points here about female-on-male rape, the problem of female on female rape, the lack of sex offender list females, and more.

Women have a billion more options to avoid pregnancy from the getgo and they're the gatekeepers of sex itself as well, yet society constantly blames the single motherhood epidemic on men alone.

ObamaCare requires insurers to cover every single form of female birth control. With abortion being the only exception. Obamacare does not require insurers to cover any for of birth control. Not even vasectomies. It is however required to cover tubal ligation, the female equivalent of a vasectomy.

Below is a direct quote from the ObamaCare website.

What Birth Control Is Covered?

-According to HealthCare.Gov Food and Drug Administration-approved contraceptive methods prescribed by a woman’s doctor are covered. This generally includes:

-Barrier methods (used during intercourse), like diaphragms and sponges

-Hormonal methods, like birth control pills and vaginal rings

-Implanted devices, like intrauterine devices (IUDs)

-Emergency contraception, like Plan B® and ella®

Sterilization procedures

-Patient education and counseling

Plans aren’t required to cover:

-Drugs to induce abortions

-Services related to a man’s reproductive capacity, like vasectomies

They left out the part where she says men should be castrated if they cause an unwanted pregnancy or that teenage boys should have a vasectomy.

They can't make the message too bitter to swallow.

Let’s just make sure it never happens and remove a woman’s womb until she is ready to have a baby.

By that logic, men aren’t solely responsible, men are just more responsible. When it comes solely down to condom use, I do agree because there are different sized condoms and other things to consider such as that, so if a woman buys condoms, yes still possible they can’t be used. On the other hand, women can just say no and stop the unwanted pregnancy before it even is a risk. Maybe it’s equal responsibility for everyone (lol that’s obviously not true, it’s all men and women are oppressed /s.)

What an utterly Retarded notion. The amount of cognitive dissonance it takes to argue this is amazing.

The problem with this assumption is that the pregnancy is unwanted by only the woman. If a man is told that the girl is on birth control and had sex under that pretense, the woman is responsible for the unwanted pregnancy. If a man receives oral, or uses a condom, and then the girl then inseminates herself without his knowledge, she is responsible. If a man has been raped by a woman, or is underage and can't legally consent, the pregnancy is unwanted and was the fault of the woman. If a man and woman have frozen embryos and the man later divorced the woman and she later has the child without his knowledge, that child is the fault of the woman and may have been unwanted by the man. As far fetched as some of these scenarios seems, every one has happened.

Here's your problem: You're making sense using logic.

She is Mormon. The wholeormlm culture perpetuates having as many kids as possible. Does not help her argument

Our issue with this is men that claim Christianity. It's very rare to see Christian men assume even partial responsibility given that 90% of abortions are performed on unwed mothers. That means that Christian men are having sex outside the marriage covenant. When a woman has no sense of security from her male sexual partner, well it's hare to blame her 100%, no?

[–]RaptorsCdwoods 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

“90% of abortions are performed in unwed mothers.” Ok?

“That means Christian men are having sec outside the marriage covenant.” No it just means unwed females are fucking.

And it makes 0 sense for someone to claim Christianity and pro life to have sex. First off, a big thing in Christianity is no sex before marriage. Doesn’t happen all the time but when it does it’s usually in a long term relationship where marriage is steady being considered. And the female getting a baby most of the time would end in marriage instead of abortion. So that’s why it makes 0 sense there.

And outside of religion, most unwed women will be pro choice, and if he is pro life why would a woman want to have sex with him? So it makes 0 sense there too.

While I don’t doubt there are a select few who do, they are heavily the minority and no where close to being the issue.

Over 60% of abortions are to women who claim Christianity. Given natural law theory, it would follow that most of those women are seeing men that claim to be Christian. That being said, the rest of your assertions are moot.
