On August 8, during the training session, the man showed his middle finger to the woman in front of all the other trainees. The complainant said she felt insulted and left the room crying.

Is this why we need more women in industry?

My father told me many times that when he was a boy, women acted like ladies. To damage a woman's virtue in some way was considered a grossly egregious crime.

This was because women spent a great deal of time and effort to keep their virtue intact. Being stripped of "lady status" was considered a huge downgrade. I did not get to live or see this, but I understand what he means. My grandmother explained this at length for me and the level of protocol that women chose to undergo was nothing short of insanity.

Back then, 70 years ago, yeah I could see this making a little bit of sense, sort of.... I would disagree but I could see where they were coming from kind of. Today? AHAHAHAHA, yeah right. That woman has no doubt done and said much worse. Rock bottom indeed.

The problem as I see it, is that women want to continue enjoying the benefits and advantages that women received from being ladies, without modern women actually being ladies. They do not earn it but want it anyway.
