Sorry, OP, but you totally over-reacted here. The therapist is entitled to have a session with only mother and daughter. It was wrong to try to intrude on their session. It was painfully wrong to call the police and cause a scene in front of your child on a false claim of kidnapping. You knew damn well she was not kidnapped and exactly where she was and that she was with the parent who presumably had parenting time. You have pissed off the therapist who is going to tell the GAL that you are a nut. You have seriously prejudiced your custody case.

I realize that custody battles are horribly painful and frustrating, but you need to act reasonably normal. Calling the police and claiming your child who is in the next room with her mother and therapist has been kidnapped is not even remotely normal.
