Seriously... this is a big deal for the criminal justice system. More people should be arrested if there is evidence they are filing false reports. Too many people are using sexual assault as a get rich quick scheme or revenge tool.

I think if the accuser is PROVEN to be lying then they should receive the maximum sentence the defendant would have received if proven guilty….

I wonder how many innocent people are in jail right now because of stuff like this….
