So, in my school we were doing this essay project and one of the students finished her essay and she asked the teacher to read it out loud anonymously (I'll call her A). The essay was a persuasive essay and she said how the dress code is sexist against girls. I was cringing so hard just hearing this essay be read out loud. I didn't say anything, but clearly this girl was a feminist. Anyway, here are a couple of sentences from the essay:

The current dress code sexualizes girls by banning jewelry, banning short skirts, and not allowing certain colors that are not the school colors. But for the boys? Only thing they have to do is not bring a hat.

In case you didn't catch that, she is acting like certain rules only apply to girls. Boys aren't even allowed to wear skirts, and they also aren't allowed to have jewelry. The school colors thing is probably a rare rule, but it is a part of our school and it applies to everyone. Basically this girl just goes on to say that these rules are sexist against girls EVEN THOUGH they apply to both genders. But she doesn't care. Then she said:

This is also sexist against men, as they are stereotyped to not be able to pay attention because of girls' clothes. But that doesn't matter as much, because that stereotype is partly true.

WTF?? THIS WAS THE WORST PART. SERIOUSLY, THEY JUST OUTRIGHT SAID MEN'S ISSUES DON'T MATTER AND MEN ARE JUST UNCONTROLLABLE SEX-LOVERS?? I seriously wish I knew who this person was, not so I can attack them online or anything, just so I know to avoid them. This is not the type of person I would want to talk to.
