I’m a college student getting ready to work like a horse to complete my degree(s) and start my business. This has provoked the question. What happens when I have kids. Now I do know many women Who use nanny services but I also know women who are completely utterly opposed to it. My mentor who is a strict Christian who I trust wholeheartedly says that it is very damaging to the child in his early stages of development if the nanny is insufficient or teaches them something that isn’t thought-provoking enough. As somebody who is very affectionate and slightly more educated on child psychology but also a very hard working person, this does make me worry a bit. Because I am sure that I will have to put my kid in daycare at some point. Now I don’t put the three favorite but I know many daycare‘s personally that are very instructive and very good. I plan on having kids a bit later in life because I don’t feel I having many children. But I also want my kids to grow up in a thought-provoking environment and be bilingual. As for other women I think this question comes up a lot. Many women Are ashamed to admit they want to be stay at home moms and don’t trust other people with their kids. My mentors wife is more fitting into that category. Many men wont admit they want their wives to be stay at home moms who makes them fit into their provider role more efficiently. But is it damaging to the child and if it is to what degree. Most people don’t get the degrees I’m getting so I don’t expect many people to jump to the idea of nannies. I just like your personal opinion. Any takers?
