I don’t mind being stared at, as long as it’s not in a rude way. Also, I think that sexual harassment as in a guy hitting on you is annoying, but not a serious issue, and I’ve been harassed before.

- Cat-called or wolf-whistled. Yeah I'd probably say so

- Being stared at. Shut up that's not harassment. Even if they were looking at your boobs and ass, it's not harassment

- Touching, Rubbing, Groping. There's a good one

- Comments or Joke. Mind your own fucking business unless it actually affects you enough.

- Unwelcomed sexual advances or requests for sex. These count

- Being followed. Totaly

- Indecent exposure. Yeah, that's fucked up on its own

- Online comments or jokes. Are you gonna let some trolls online bring you down? That's sad.

- Sharing of suggestive or indecent content online or in-person. You have to go in-depth with this because that could mean anything

- Being forced into participating in sexual behavior. This isn't harassment this is borderline assault.

- Had images take and/or shared without your consent. This one depends on who, what, where. If it was your nudes sent to your BF and he shared them, that's on both of you for sharing your nudes to him and him sharing them with whoever he sent them to

-None of these. THEN WTF DO YOU MEAN YOU'VE BEEN HARASSED?!?!

I guess I'll be arrested for sexual harrasment soon because being a visual person who zones out easily, I can't count how many times I've starred mindless at girls sitting in front of me on the subway during summer when they dress like strippers 😂.

EDIT: I stare at anyone. Not just females. Females just get more attention because they dress in ways to draw more attention (showing off cleavage, bright coloured clothes, high heels that make it impossible to walk, etc). I'll just as easily be drawn to a guy in construction gear on the subway because he stands out

I’m a 14 year old girl and ALL of these have happened to me a LOT of times both in public and on the internet by grown men. Not saying all men do this, but these statistics are definitely not lies.

Edit: pardon my French but I think it’s pretty fucking rude to downvote a comment about somebody admitting that they’ve gone through sexual harassment and abuse just because you have a different opinion. Like, I don’t agree with everything some people are saying here but I don’t go around pulling them down because I think differently🤨

"They shared this meme I never gave them consent to send" would be a valid claim for sexual harassment even though it's a meme of something innocuous and had nothing to do with the situation. That's gross man.

In addition, have they told them to stop? Then that might have given them grounds for harassment if they keep on going but sexual only applies to only a couple of those.

What the fuck? I can't believe most of those things that don't even qualify as sexual harassment are on that chart. Yes, sexual harassment is bad, but saying "X is sexual harassment" when it really isn't makes people less likely to take sexual harassment seriously.
