You need to be able to detach that hatred from feminists. As long as you keep seeing feminists as the enemy, you will never get it to stop. I was in the same boat as you a few years ago until I learned that they do it naturally without knowing any better. Once I truly understood that, I was able to deal with my anger in a much more healthy way. I know it sounds crazy, but it is true. I would advise listening to Patrice O'Neal's "The Black Phillip Show". There are 12 episodes and it basically teaches you how to have women in your life and still keep your happiness. Also, I recently started a podcast called "Man's World" and a yt channel, "The Fight For Men's Happiness Introduction" is my first vid. All my content is free, I just want to help the guys out there who are struggling with this shit. Keep your head up soldier
