There is a popular myth that MRAs love to tell each other - that for rape there are in practice special exemptions from the laws of evidence and the presumption of innocence and the standard of criminal proof, for rape. Typically there aren't. (There are a few minor differences in some jurisdictions). But exceptional cases get cherry-picked from decades of prosecutions around the English speaking world, and spread around as if they are typical.

The great majority of raped people don't go to police at all. Those who do go are usually told that they do not have enough usable evidence to make a prosecution possible, so the accused does not usually even get interviewed. Only 40% of reports result in an interview.

For most of those, the interview is where it stops. Nobody ever finds out unless the complainant talks to others, which they sometimes do. But that always gets a backlash of various kinds so relatively few make a public accusation.

You could check the #MeToo hashtag and forums to verify that. Apart from celebs it is relatively rare to identify the other person, even when the writer is on an anonymous account.
