Currently in highschool, blessed with being 6'4", much taller than most of my peers. Whenever somebody disrespects me, or challenges my authority (e.g. tries to take control of group project, outright ignoring me), I let them know and see if they submit. If they don't, I will walk up right in front of them and look down at them. Almost always works.

Am I doing this right? Does this come off as me losing my cool? If so, how can I deal with disrespect without losing frame?
