I consider my best girlfriends my actual true loves, my soulmates. Any guy I ever date is more of an intimate companion. Not someone I’d ever really share my darkest secrets with or trust completely. I really have no interest in fully opening up or confiding in males anymore. For instance, if I have a horrible day at work, and he asked me how my day went, it will just say that it was a good normal day. Meanwhile my girlfriends are the ones I will venting to and gossiping with. But that’s just me. I feel like for me it will make for a happier romantic relationship, even though an HVM would gladly listen to all of my complaints and worries, I just don’t need him for that
