Unless the federal government steps in (beyond highly highly unlikely), it will probably take a while

Simply put, those that would lobby against 50/50 parenting, have several states that would be unlikely to pass such change for some time. The other states could certainly move that way sooner

There are two things here that are getting confused. 50/50 custody as the "standard" and 50/50 custody as the "norm"

Many states have 50/50 custody "standard" in the law, but the courts just ignore it in favor of pandering to women and feminism. We are close to getting the "standard" changed in most states soon.

50/50 custody as the "norm" is still exceptionally far away. The judges and their biases aren't getting replaced when the "standards" change, so the judges rulings and discriminations don't change.

Changing laws that are "suggested considerations" are meaningless changes with no affect.
